Here's Our Contract!

Welcome Priestess! Congratulations on stepping into your full power to serve the world from your personal priestess powers. Contracts are boring AF, but they make it so we have boundaries. And what do boundaries do?! They keep everyone clear, SAFE and able to love on each other harder.

Over the next 3 months (from when we start), we will discuss what is laid out in this document.

Please read the whole document carefully so that you understand what is expected of me and of you. You should understand that by proceeding here, you agree to all terms and conditions listed here and the web agreements on my website.

You choose to accept this contract by making your deposit.

Here comes the blah blah blah portion.

1) It is agreed as follows:

All programs, products, and services are owned and provided by nikkiwhite.com and Nikki White herself (“Company” or “We” or “Us” or “Our”). The term “You” or “Your” refers to any user or purchaser of said program(s), product(s) or service(s) (the “Offering”). These Terms and Conditions of Use govern and define how You are allowed to use and access Company’s Offering. We reserve the right to update and change theseTerms and Conditions of Use at any time, and will update them accordingly with the date last updated’ at the top of this page.

“Business Hours”: These are adjustable based on my needs to change them, but until further notice, they are officially between 10 am-3 pm PST on Monday-Thursday. Weekends are subject to my personal availability for emergencies but are rarely open. I often am available before 10 am on most days and after 3 on some days, but that is my most consistent time in the chat.

"Commencement Date" is 1/23/24 and payments continue for 6 more months until July 23rd or when $5,500 has been reached, whichever comes sooner.

Our coaching contain is 3 months long and will start 1/23/24 and end May 23, 2024.

“Coaching Services”:

The services to be provided by the coach to the client are coaching or tele-coaching, and through text or voice messaging communication as designed jointly with the client. Coaching, which is not advice, therapy, or counseling, may address specific personal projects, business successes, or general conditions in the client’s life or profession. Other coaching services include value clarification, brainstorming, identifying plans of action, examining modes of operation in life (shadow work), asking clarifying questions, and making empowering requests or suggestions for action. Additionally, the client may be asked to reflect on difficult topics or situations which may result in an expression of emotions.

Throughout the working relationship, the coach will engage in direct and personal conversations. The client can count on the coach to be honest and straightforward in asking questions and making requests. The client understands that successful coaching requires a co-active collaborative approach between client and coach. In the coaching relationship, the coach plays the role of a facilitator of change, but it is the client's responsibility to enact or bring about the change.

I am not a registered psychologist or psychiatrist, nor a licensed therapist. I do not engage in therapy with my coaching clients. In entering into the coaching relationship, and signing the agreement, you are agreeing that if any mental health difficulties arise during the course of the coaching relationship, you will immediately seek out the help of a credentialed therapist.

" Services: " any services and/or ancillary goods supplied by us to you;

" Term " means the length of this agreement;

2) YOUR DETAILS:

You hereby agree that the personal information provided by you to me is correct as at the Commencement Date. If any of this information changes during the Term then you agree to promptly notify me, in writing, of such changes.

3) TERM:

This Agreement starts on your first payment, on or after 1/23/2024 and ends July 23, 2024 with the completion of the final payment. The term for services begins at any point and lasts for 3 months thereafter. All Services must be performed during the Term, or they are lost. Services may be extended beyond the Term only with the express written consent of Coach. (this means no calls owed to you can be made outside our term.)

4) CONFIDENTIALITY:

All information about the coach/client relationship will remain strictly confidential except in very rare circumstances where decreed by law; i.e. where the court might issue a subpoena for the file or information.

If you wish for me as your coach to speak to someone outside our interactions, you need to give me written permission (original letter or email) to do so. Exceptions to confidentiality of course relate to circumstances such as intent to seriously harm someone, child abuse, thoughts of suicide etc. Otherwise, all remaining information is kept confidential.

It is also important to note that in some situations, it is important to be aware of the use of technology in that for some clients, there is a risk in using certain media such as the internet and mobile phones. If you use these to communicate with me, then I will assume that it is appropriate to continue to do so in my interactions with you.

5) TERMINATION/CANCELLATION:

The client is agreeing to pay the amount agreed upon regardless if she decides to complete the training. She has the option to terminate the agreement within (3) days of signing this contract and will receive a refund on all payments except the commitment (down) payment/deposit. Otherwise, the client agrees to coaching for the duration of the contracted period. Which is 3 months of engagement and 6 total months of payment.

For all other appointments: The client and coach agree to provide each other with a 24-hour notice in the event either needs to reschedule a session. Nikki White has a no-refund policy.

6) MY OBLIGATIONS TO YOU:

I initially agree as follows:

a) to provide you with that which is included in the Priestess training once monthly.

b) to provide you access to any other training materials, as deemed appropriate by Nikki White;

c) to hold you up to high expectations and support you on your journey within the parameters of the Priestess intensive.

d) one 60 minute zoom session with options to add on for $500 a 75 minute session

e) WhatsApp/voxer support M-F (not to exceed 4 hours a week. (we get into a flow, so up front will be more hours and we find a rhythm of about 20-30 mins a day thereafter.)

7) YOUR OBLIGATIONS TO ME:

a) to communicate honestly, be open to feedback and assistance, and to create the time and energy to participate fully in the Priestess training

b) to respect yourself, Nikki White, and team, and other Priestess Ring members (if applicable) at all times during calls, emails, and private chat programs. This means coming on time and ready to learn for all calls; not falling asleep or doing other activities such as eating on calls. It is important to commit your attention and show up for yourself.

c) You must take personal responsibility for where you are at with work, finances, relationships, and your emotional well-being. I am here to support you on this journey, but you must do all the work – and not just the work in your comfort zone.

d) To pay any payment plans on time and as agreed. We are here to help align and elevate you to the next level as you step into your role as Priestess and as such will be holding you to a very high standard. This means holding you to your payment plan agreements. They are legally binding contracts and will be treated as such.

8) RELEASE OF LIABILITY:

Life Coaching and Priestessing is a service that provides personal coaching to specific individuals and/or groups. The client is aware that coaching is in no way to be construed or substituted as psychological counseling or any other type of therapy or medical advice.

I will at all times exercise my best professional efforts, skills, and care of ensuring my client is coached to meet their life coaching goals, the client understands and acknowledges the coach will not be liable legally or otherwise, for the actions the client may or may not undertake as a result of the life coaching sessions. No assumption of responsibility is made, or given, and the client requesting such advice agrees not to hold Nikki White (coach) responsible or liable in any form or fashion, for such actions taken of their own accord. The method and process by which this advice and direction are given in no manner whatsoever, written or verbal, constitutes an agreement or liability on the part of the provider and is acknowledged to be different in many ways than clinical and medical counseling.

You (the client) agree that using any of these services are entirely at your own risk. Life coaching services are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, including without limitation any warranty for information services, coaching, uninterrupted access, or products and services provided through or in connection with the service. This service is requested at the client's own choice and with inherent singular responsibility. Any actions or lack of actions, taken by the client of such advice is done so solely by choice and responsibility of the client and is neither the responsibility nor liability of Nikki White. The client takes full responsibility for the decisions they make after being coached/priestessed as well as the consequences. The client enters into coaching with full understanding that they are responsible for creating their own results.

The client also understands and agrees to have a psychological professional on hand in case any triggering situations may arise.

The teachings I provide are for informational and educational purposes only and do not constitute as medical or therapeutic advice, treatment, cure, or prescription.

Periodically I, Nikki White, may provide links to other websites or written print material that may be of value, interest, and convenience to you. This does not constitute an endorsement of material at those sites or any associated organization product of service.

It is the responsibility of the user to make their own informed decision about the accuracy of the information at those sites and print material including their privacy policies. In no event shall Nikki White be liable for any incident or consequential damages resulting from use of the material.

By me posting this contract and by you accepting it through payment of down payment deposit, indicate full understanding of and agreement with the information outlined above.
