Faith and the Inner Warden: Releasing the Block to Receiving

Welcome home

One of the greatest blocks I see when people ask for something — whether from the divine, from life, or even from themselves — is a lack of faith. Not in God, not in the universe, but in themselves.

That lack of faith creates an inner block. It whispers, I’ll give, but I won’t get back. I’ll ask, but it won’t happen. And just like that, the channel closes.

The Trap of Transaction

Capitalism teaches us to give in order to get. If I just pour out enough value, maybe I’ll finally be worthy. Maybe I’ll finally receive.

But that’s still extraction — from your own life force. True relationship, whether with a person or with the divine, isn’t transactional. It’s reciprocal. You give because you want to be in relationship, not because you’re tallying what you’ll get back.

Saturn as the Inner Warden

This is where Saturn often gets twisted. Capitalism internalizes Saturn as an inner warden — the voice that says:

  • You’re not enough.

  • You’ll never get what you want.

  • You’re limited by what you’re allowed to have.

But Saturn itself isn’t the problem. Alchemized, Saturn becomes responsibility, diligence, resilience, structure, and mastery. The backbone that supports us rather than the prison that confines us.

Identity and Opportunity

This is identity work at its core. Your deep identity — who you believe you are and what you believe you deserve — shapes what opportunities you can even see.

  • If your identity is built on scarcity, opportunities vanish from your sight.

  • If your identity expands into worthiness, opportunities reveal themselves.

Shift identity, and you shift the very fabric of what becomes possible.

Faith as Openness

Faith is not about certainty. It’s about openness. When you trust the reciprocity of divine relationship, you don’t need to bargain or demand. You can give freely, and you can ask without fear.

Because faith is knowing that you are not asking into a void. You are asking into a relationship that wants to respond.

Closing Invitation

If you feel blocked in your receiving, look at the inner warden. Notice where you’ve internalized scarcity or unworthiness. Label it. Alchemize it. Let Saturn shift from jailer to teacher.

Because when you trust yourself enough to believe in your own worth, you finally open the door to divine reciprocity.
